Description
Our client that facilitates connections between wineries and global markets is seeking to hire an individual for the role of Bookkeeper and Administration Assistant. The ideal candidate should hold a BComm degree in accounting, bookkeeping, or a related qualification, and possess strong organisational and attention-to-detail skills as the role encompasses administrative duties. This position is located in Cape Town.
Responsibilities:
- Answer phones
- Schedule appointments and maintain calendars, coordinate staff and other meetings
- Travel arrangements for international sales team
- Basic bookkeeping
- Data management and writing up of reports
- Prepare communications, such as memos, emails, invoices, and other correspondence
Requirements

BComm degree in accounting, bookkeeping, or a related - Microsoft Excel- Advanced
- Experience working with Xero would be advantageous
- Proficient in Microsoft 365
